As a Consultant I view all of the work that I do with my clients to be a true partnership, and I approach it differently with each client. My effectiveness stems from my ability to fit in, ask the right questions, and understand the real business drivers. Each organization has a unique culture and a particular way of doing things, and I create tailored solutions to fit the culture and business needs.

I foster learning and development, and I work with my clients in the following capacities:

Human Resources Strategy and Performance Improvement Execution: I develop Human Resources and Performance Improvement strategies and programs, as well as support and develop leaders to deliver on those strategies more effectively inside their organizations.

Increase Leader capability: Developing Leaders who want to be more capable. As a Professional Certified Coach I work one-on-one with front line leaders and senior professionals to help them create the solutions that they need to execute on their goals.

Mentor growing Human Resources professionals: I mentor growing Human Resources professionals, independently, and through the Human Resources Institute of Alberta Mentorship Program. In my role as a Mentor I provide guidance and support to develop higher learning and execution in their respective roles in the Human Resources profession.
