Crisis Leadership (with video)

Posted May 13, 2020 By creativeimpactconsulting_qn7nqj

Can you believe that for most of us, we are coming into 8 weeks of self-isolation and remote working?  A sincere shout out to all of the essential workers who selflessly help keep our lives as normal and safe as possible.  For that I am grateful.

In conversations with my clients over the past few weeks, many leaders and their teams have adjusted to working remotely by leveraging technology to communicate. However, they are questioning if they are sufficiently “connected” with their teams to show that they care, and, if they are providing the necessary support to maintain their team’s productivity.  They recognize that each individual on their team is experiencing this pandemic differently and that maintaining a regular personal connection with them is critical.  Many have admitted that they miss the in-person interaction with their team, and have asked for tips to help them stay connected while working remotely.

Watch this video to learn 4 strategies that you can implement to ensure that you maintain connection, not just communication, with your team during these times.
