Launch call to meet the group members and set the foundation for the program. Identify and share your leadership purpose and set your leadership goals for the program based on your leadership challenges.
Learn how to build relationships that produce the results that you want and need. You will be confident in having those difficult conversations
Improve your team/direct reports performance and engagement. develop an authentic work environment that produces measured results and increased accountability.
Maximize your leadership effectiveness by improving your decision making and time and choice management through the application of critical thinking.

Open session for the group to collaboratively choose a leadership challenge common to all members and identify an action plan.

Your post-program private 1 on 1 session identifies how you will move forward with what you have learned in the program and how to continue to be a learning leader.
