How Does The Program Work

Program Design

  • Streams for Emerging Leaders & Established Leaders are available.
  • Each Group will have a maximum of 6 leaders.
  • The program consists of 7 sessions offering a mix of learning exercises and facilitated group discussions that creates a rich learning experience.
  • Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.
  • The sessions are virtual using Zoom.

Coach Facilitated

  • Each session is facilitated by a leadership coach to ensure we stay on subject and to ask probing questions of the group.
  • The coach will also make sure the conversations are private and respectful within the group.

Coach Supported

  • You will receive 2 individual coaching sessions during the program.
  • 3 15-minute “laser conversations” during the program to brainstorm a fast solution or answer any questions.
  • We will utilize two assessment tools to identify your strengths, interests and opportunities for growth.
  • Shared resources and email communication to support learning on relevant topics.
  • A follow up “Turning Learning Into Action” session at the end to set you up for continued success.

Curriculum

SESSION 1: INTRODUCTION & GOAL SETTING

Launch call to meet the group members and set the foundation for the program. Identify and share your leadership purpose and set your leadership goals for the program based on your leadership challenges.

SESSION 2: BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

Learn how to build relationships that produce the results that you want and need. We will discuss and build your confidence in how to engage others in a difficult conversation.

SESSION 3: TEAM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Improve your team/direct reports performance and engagement. We will evaluate your team’s top strengths, and you will learn how develop an authentic work environment that produces measured results and increased accountability.

SESSION 4: LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS

Maximize your leadership effectiveness by improving your decision making and time and choice management through the application of critical thinking.

SESSION 5: INFLUENCING & COLLABORATING

Develop effective influencing skills and your executive presence. Improve your ability to collaborate and seek better buy-in with your peers and senior management.

SESSION 6: OPEN GROUP SESSION

Open session for the group to collaboratively choose a leadership challenge common to all members and identify an action plan.

SESSION 7: CELEBRATE AND SHARE YOUR PLAN

Pull your learning and experiences together, celebrate your wins and accomplishments, and share your personal leadership learning and development plan.

INDIVIDUAL FOLLOWUP: MOVING FORWARD

Your post-program private 1 on 1 session identifies how you will move forward with what you have learned in the program and how to continue to be a learning leader.
